Discover the ' GP250 ' model electric slicer , ideal for slicing meats, cured meats, cheeses and bread with precision and ease. With a diameter of 250 mm , this slicer is equipped with a painted die-cast aluminum machine body , which guarantees sturdiness and durability .
The hardened, ground stainless steel blade , chromed , ensures clean and precise cuts .
The carriage slides on a steel tube with bushings and ball bearings, ensuring smooth and stable movement . Non-slip rubber feet provide added safety during use.
The slicer is equipped with a blade holder shaft on ball bearings, with sail , blade cover and aluminum plate with anodic oxidation for greater resistance to wear .
The food press is made of acetal plastic , ensuring safety and hygiene .
The ventilated motor with direct ignition , start and stop , and the graduated knob allow precise control of the cutting thickness, adjustable from 0 to 15 mm. It works with a 230V/50Hz power supply and has a power of 140 W. The slicer is CE approved , ensuring compliance with European safety and quality standards.
